"Brielle has been taking care of my two teenage daughters for the past 2 years. She is extremely responsible, organized, and very timely. Her dependability has allowed me to focus on my work, knowing that she has everything taken care of at home.
Some additional skills that make Brielle a great employee are her honesty and dedication to doing a good job. She is extremely conscientious, and an excellent role model for my teenagers. I feel fortunate to have had Brielle become a part of our family."

"Brielle has to be one of the most conscientious people I have ever met. She has never been late, always offered to find a replacement if there is some reason she could not be where she needed to be. She is very adaptable. If something needs to be done, even unexpectedly, she will figure out the best way to do it. She is an excellent role model for our children; kind caring, dependable, mannerly, reliable, courteous, and creative. She would be an asset to any employer."

"Without getting into great detail of how academically our daughter has made enormous leaps in writing and in math, it was in reading where she made a surprising jump. It was a true weakness for her to grasp the ability to make sounds of the letters and to comprehend what she was reading. That being said she went from a level C to where now she is at a level J. Although I know we as parents are not teachers in school but we tried to the best of our abilities to help our daughter in reading with very little success. Thats where Ms. Crowe showed us what a great teacher she truly is. She displayed a work ethic and patience in working not just with our daughter but with all of the children in her class. We speak not only in behalf of our daughter but also in behalf of all the students she has had this year and for the ones that she should have in the future for she is a blessed and true asset to any school system. We strongly urge and hope that you will consider strongly on finding a place for Ms. Crowe in your school for next year so she can continue to bless the children with her impeccable ability to educate today's children."

"During the past year, my daughter suddenly expressed a deep interest in both reading and mathematics. When I saw this interest, I rapidly fostered and encouraged her to keep her curiosity and work ethic continuing. When I asked her what prompted this, she stated that it was her teacher that made her want to learn more and helped her. Ms. Crowe sat down with her to work out her difficulties and explained topics on a very simplistic level that not only she but the whole class could understand. Ms. Crowe planted a seed that has grown exponentially. I do understand that this is her job, but getting so involved and caring is not so common.  She not only has touched my daughter’s life but also many of the other children in the class.

.....

I was thoroughly impressed by the way she was able to engage, organize and orchestrate the kids and the class interaction. The children were not only obedient, but did have a pleasant interaction between themselves. She had all the children laughing and learning and asking questions that stimulated the kids further. She made the classroom a place the kids wanted to be in.

.....

She went so far as to take time out of her own schedule to support a few of the children in their extracurricular activities. Some of the girls were all involved in a weekly dance class and had a final recital in June. The kids would tell her about it and how nervous they were. She consoled and inspired them. She took time out of her schedule on a weekend in June to show up and support the girls. If I can tell you how the faces of the children lit up with smiles and a sense of relief when they saw Ms. Crowe sitting there, as did we when we realized why the kids were smiling."

"Andrew was struggling with basic reading skills in kindergarten and I was very reluctant when I learned he was having a brand new teacher, as a maternity leave replacement, for half the year.  Naturally, I wanted a veteran teacher, who was experienced in identifying children with potential learning difficulties. I did not want to wait several months to find out he was delayed and finally getting help.  The Principal assured me Ms. Crowe would be on top of Andrew and work with the Reading Specialist.  Ms. Crowe contacted me the week before school started and has been in frequent contact with me since.  Andrew has made noticeable gains in his reading, handwriting and math skills since September.  Andrew absolutely loves school and does not want and has not miss one day of school.  On Wednesday mornings, he is the first up in the house, dressed and ready for school because he has extra help with Ms. Crowe.

As a Class Mother, I have had many opportunities to be in the classroom and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Ms. Crowe. She is extremely organized, efficient and has listened, answered and acted upon every concern I have had.  She accurately made the appropriate referrals and sought guidance from the Reading Specialist when necessary.  When I have been in the classroom, I have observed the children to have an absolute love and respect for Ms. Crowe.  She runs an orderly, consistent classroom and the children know what to expect daily. I have also spoken to other parents in the classroom and they all spoke highly of Ms. Crowe as well."

"Ms. Crowe,

Just a little note to let you know how much my son adores you! He asked me what day it was on Saturday morning. When I told him, he said he was sad because he wished he could go to school because he missed you."

"I wanted to let you know that Rahul has been very lucky to get two excellent teachers starting in Kindergarten and now 1st grade.  Ms. Crowe is an excellent teacher--Rahul has grown intellectually and socially this year and much of the credit goes to her creative and patient teaching skills.  I hope you will consider this when placing Ms. Crowe next year--she is a definite asset to the school system as well as the students who can benefit from her talent."

My wife and I are so happy that my daughter is enjoying school! We were worried about her, but all my worries were gone after the first month. Amanda has a terrific experience in her class and from what I could observe. The activities Ms. Crowe plans, the room she decorates, the friendships she helps foster -- it's all incredible, and it's helping my daughter and (the other kids too) believe that school is fun, which is incredibly important.

We also hear about the dymanic way she delivers lessons and encourages participation. We are pleased that our daughter is learning so much. Not only based on materials on the books, she also inspires my daughter and other advanced kids to work on challenging packages which I think is a great idea!

We are very lucky to have her as my daughter's teacher. We hope she knows how much we appreciate her hard work!
